RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At the Adorable shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges will gladly be accepted within 14 days of original purchase. Merchandise may be returned if defective, or unwashed, unworn, and in sellable condition. Once your package has arrived, we strongly suggest you to open it and check to make sure the items meet your requirement. Before the return, please don’t remove the tag and keep it in new or unused condition as original. All sales are final after 14days.
RETURNS WITHOUT A RECEIPT- efunds over $5 will be issued in the form of a Merchandise Credit or merchandise exchange for the current selling price. The Adorable Shop reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges and to verify the original sale before processing a return.
FINAL SALE- All merchandise with a price ending in $0.97 is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. $0.97 includes the price on the hangtag and price charged before coupons or discounts.
To be eligible for a return, please make follow the below steps:
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged, in new or unused condition as original

Please send the product along with the completed Return Mail Form (bottom half of the packing slip),product list which includes Order number, return reference #, product SKU. tracking No. is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.
Customers should use an insured mail service; we cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive. Shipping fees involved in making a return to the Online Store will not be reimbursed. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries.
